About Beth

Beth is passionate about learning. As an instructor, facilitator, and coach, Beth blends experience and insight with a dynamic, engaging style. She designs and implements training programs that are innovative and impactful. Her expertise includes employee and management development, leadership, group facilitation, organizational culture, strategy development, instructional design, and evaluation.

Beth has diverse corporate experience. Most recently, she was Director of Training for Harsch Investment Properties, a privately-held company that owns and manages commercial real estate in major cities across the West Coast. Prior to Harsch, she managed Global Employee Learning & Development for Intel Corporation, where she worked for 14 years in a variety of learning-related roles – designing, implementing, and managing training programs for Intel University, product groups and the sales force. Her “first” career was as a high school teacher of mathematics and computer science.

Whether facilitating a retreat, implementing peer-learning webinars, or teaching management skills, Beth brings a commitment to learning that results in new levels of engagement and excellence.
